ALESSANDRO SOETJE
I’m a director and producer based in Milan, a city that for years has been the port from which I set sail, gathering ideas, stories, faces, and atmospheres that become images. I come from a background in philosophy, a path that refined my gaze even more than my profession. From there, one step towards journalism – I’m a member of the National Order of Journalists – and another towards AIR3, the Association of Italian Directors – was natural: to tell, observe, transform.
I’ve worked for the most popular networks and international brands, building projects that merge vision and identity. My films have traveled through the most important international festivals, winning awards and recognitions, even in advertising.
Every story I direct is a journey: a way to explore who we are and what we could become.
